While In New York On Vacation
Law and Order filming in Central Park
Now at this point I was getting bummed out-it was our last day there and no Jesse sightings.
So we decide to veer off toward the other side of the park and we encountered more filming going on. I figured there was no way...........until I saw the director's chair w/ "Law&Order" written across the back. I was pumped!!!
They were filming the opening scene (with the discovery of the dead body) at the boathouse. My boyfriend started taking a few pictures when I spotted Dennis Farina so I knew Jesse couldn't be far behind. And there he was looking so fine in that dark brown suit of his
He was walking toward the scene that was behind the fence but we were still no more than 15 or 20 feet away from him.
Ladies he looked GOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!... Sorry about the fence but it is still very clear.)
They did that scene several times then broke for lunch and the man walks so fast I couldn't catch up with him. One of the crew told me they would be back on Madison Ave in about 2 hours and I should try to catch him then. I went over there and waited and just when I was giving up hope (we did have an early flight out the next day) I see Jesse walking towards me to enter the building where they were filming and my battery on the camera dies. ARRRGGGGH!
Now ladies-it took every ounce of restraint not to yell his name. I wanted to be respectful. All I could do was drool and then he was gone.
So while I didn't get to meet him personally, the fact that I saw him that close and have it on film is enough to hold me until I get back to NY.
